US IT Marketing Executive
Market our consultants to US clients and vendors on the US night shift. Full training provided — no prior experience needed.
About the role
Our IT staffing practice places engineers, architects and specialists with US clients. This role is the front of that practice: you are the person who gets a consultant's profile in front of the vendor or client who needs it, and keeps the conversation moving until there is an interview on the calendar.
It is a US-hours role worked from India. The people you speak to are in American time zones, so the day runs 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. That is a real commitment and we would rather you weigh it honestly before applying than discover it in week two.
We train from zero. The US staffing process, tax terms like C2C and W2, visa categories, and enough technology vocabulary to hold a credible conversation — all of it is taught. We hire for communication and persistence, not for a résumé that already has this on it.
What you'll do
- Market consultant profiles to US clients, vendors and implementation partners
- Build and keep relationships with vendors and direct clients
- Share profiles, follow up, and coordinate interview scheduling
- Negotiate rates within the range agreed for each consultant
- Keep daily activity and submission reports current
What we're looking for
- Clear spoken and written English — most of the job is conversation
- Confidence, a sales mindset, and the persistence to follow up without being told
- Willingness to work the US night shift, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
- Your own laptop and a stable internet connection
- Freshers and final-year students are welcome — no prior experience required
Nice to have
- Any exposure to US IT staffing or bench sales
- Familiarity with C2C and W2 tax terms
- Comfort sourcing and messaging on LinkedIn
- Experience keeping records in a CRM or ATS
